I recieved HP 15-e017TX Quanta R62 laptop with no power problem.
When plug in adapter only **rging port Led blinks.
after inspecting motherboard found corrosion in thermal section.
after cleaning board found PR100 corroded and C143 leaky.
Replaced PR100 and C143 **rging port led glows steady and board is working OK.
